Country Sales Team Leaders | Brand New European Pet Food

We are looking for Sales Team Leaders for selling directly to retailers in Korea who can start immediately.
Responsibilities
As Sales Leader you will be part of the global sales team and report to our headquarter in Shanghai.
You should have a positive approach to life, be highly self-motivated and able to grow within an international organization. We offer a competitive basic salary and a high bonus for reaching planned turnover targets.
Details of responsibilities:
• Building and leading sales team.
• Create and manage operational business plan, manage time and resources to build pipeline. Identify, assess and manage opportunities. Ensure follow-up with prospects, close business deals, meet the performance targets and assigned sales revenue quota.
• Build sales and distribution channels in the assigned territory; organize the company and local resources to introduce the brand. Identify, assess and manage opportunities. Support retailers sell-out to consumers, POS and social media marketing
• Provide accurate reports and updates to management reflecting sales activities.
• Motivate and maintain high level of engagement in the team and collaboration with all departments in the company.
Success Measurements: The Sales Director’s success will be measured on the following:
• Reaching turnover target: in the long run we are aiming for over 15% market share in each market.
• Reaching customer number target and SKU target: in the long run we aim to be No.1 strategic partner for each retailer.
Required Skills and Experience
• 6+ years of successful experience in Korean market in Sales leadership function. Ideally, experience in pet care industry.
• Fluent in English. Exceptional communicator and problem-solver.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and contacts.
• Team player working throughout the organization to ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
• Extensive travel across in your home market (>80%) with occasional trips to home office in Shanghai.
