职位描述
职位信息:
1 本职位为韩语/英语双语客服专员。
2 主要的工作是为客户提供酒店预订的售后服务(不含售前服务及销售职能)。
3 与客户通过电话及邮件方式沟通,了解客户需求。
4 与全球酒店合作伙伴沟通,为客户提供合适的解决方案。
5 在工作当中需要经常使用韩语及英语口语。

轮班制度说明如下:
1)班次:最早的一班为早8点至下午5点,以1小时为单位以此类推,最晚的一班为中午12点至晚上9点。
2)轮班频率:每一个月换一次班,即每个月内的班次是一样的。1年换12次。
3)工作时间:8小时+1小时meal break。每周5天连续工作日,2天双休,不一定是在周末。国定假日也可能轮到上班(有加倍工资)

• Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (phone and email)
• Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Manager
• Accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals
Job Expectation:
You must be able to speak, read & write in English & Korean fluently & professionally.
Possess some form of Customer Service knowledge/experience.
Be willing to handle emails & phone calls in a courteous manner while adhering to the company’s policies & procedures.
