职位描述
Job Function:
-Discuss products,services and in-stone requitrements for each client.
-Set up meetings with clients and other agency staff.
-Delegate work to other members of the agency team.
-Brief media,creative and Market intelligence staff,and formulate strategles.
-Liaise with,and acting as the link between,the client and agency by maintaining regular
contact with both,ensuring that communication flows effectively.
-Oversee status of projects.
-Present campaign plans to clients for approval or modification.
-Meet deadlines and priorities tasks.
-Handle budgets and manage campaign costs.
-Write reports,keep records and budget/financial details/proposed.
-Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns
-Handle profitability of accounts.
-Gain,maintain familiarity with and keep up with changes in the nature of clients’products,
business culture and competition.
-Undertake administrative tasks.
-Help to secure new business.
Candidate Requirements:
-10 years working experience of which 3-5 years solid agency business development
and account servicing experience.
-Possess advertising and BTL activation working experience.
-Ability to work independently,multi-task and think out of the box.
-Fast and meticulous.
-Understand the dynamics of clients’business(especially in FMCG industry).
-Proactive,always thinking two steps ahead.
-Strong desire for personal growth.
-Based in Beijing.
Education Requirements:
-Business,Marketing degree in Bachelor.
-Proficient in English and Chinese both verbal and written.
