Responsibilities 职责
? Provide customer service and IT support over all means of communication to users in Asia Pacific
? Resolve issues and handle requests reported
? Perform escalation and workflow procedures
Requirements 要求
? Required languages: English (written & Reading); Proficient on Korean speaking, reading & writing.
? Required skills: Windows Operating System, basic networking, hardware and software knowledge.
? Preferable skills: Lotus Notes, SAPGUI, remote resolutions tools such as Netmeeting
? Good communication and interpersonal skills。
? Proactive and a team player
Other Requirements 其他要求
? Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
? Working knowledge in Windows Operating Systems and On the Shelf Application would be an advantage
? Working knowledge in PC hardware
? Candidate must be willing to work on shift (24 x 7)
? Good phone communication and interpersonal skills
? Applicants will be based in [Tianjin空港]

优先考虑的技能:Lotus Notes,SAPGUI,远程解决问题的工具像,微软的Netmeeting(网络会议软件)
要求要有良好的沟通能力。
要求工作积极主动并且有良好的团队合作精神。
Other Requirements 其他要求
申请人必须至少具有计算机或信息技术专业相关的学历 (掌握相关计算机基本知识和技能即可)
优选考虑在Windows操作系统和常用软件有应用知识的候选人。
个人电脑硬件的应用知识
申请人必须愿意接受不同的排班计划。
良好的电话沟通和交际技能。
工作地点在天津空港。
