职位描述
Lead the functions of production, Logistics,Quality management,Process engineering and HSE in the company,responsible for the overall operation performance.
Control and continuously cut manufacturing costs of products ,improve productivity,streamline process.
Acquirement:
Candidate must be Germany or Japanese or Korean.
Candidates must be Engineering /operation background.
Over ten years experience in automotive industry, 8 yrs in operation management level .
Strong knowledge in machining process and lean production.
Strong experience in profit mangement ,P&L control and EBITA．
