职位描述
陪同客户察看项目/楼盘情况;
•就租金、租期等进行协商;
•深入了解项目情况,向客户传达准确信息,妥善处理相关事务;
•协助准备租赁协议、意向书、服务费确认协议书等文件;
•对每笔业务的进展以及潜在客户的开发进行积极跟进;
•协助发送/接收留言、快递或邮件;
•其它指派的各项工作;
Job descriptions:
.Accompany client to look round the house;
.Negotiation the rent and the tenancy period;
.Can have a In-depth knowledge of the condition of the project, not only convey the information to the client accuracy, but also can manage successfully of the relevance affairs;
.Assist to draw up Leasing Agreement、Letter of Intent、 Service charge Confirmation 、Letter of Agreement and so on;
.Positive follow-up the potential client and the progress of every business
.Assist to send and receive a message、expressage and E-mail;
.And the other assign work;
任职资格:
•有高档住宅(公寓、别墅)写字楼租赁、销售工作经验一年以上;
•具有两年以上的销售工作经验或外企及酒店工作经验者优先;
•责任心强,能够承受高负荷的工作压力,具有良好的服务意识;
•良好的英语沟通及表达能力,能够适应加班工作;
•良好的团队合作意识及吃苦耐劳精神;
•品德正直高尚,形象气质佳。
Qualification:
.Have more than one year working experience of renting or selling the top grade house (apartment house、villa residence) office building;
.Have more than two years selling working experience and prior to the people who has the working experience of foreign company or hotel;
.Have a strong sense of responsibility, work well under a high load of working pressure, and have a favourable serve conscious;
.Good at english communication and express , and can adapt the overtime work;
.Team work spirit, hard-working and able to bear hardships;
have a honest and nobility moral character, good looking and have a nice temperament
