职位描述
esponsibilities (主要职责):
1. Develop and maintain client relationship(发展和维护客户关系)
2. Assignment execution(项目执行):
- Communicate with clients and understand the assignments, make in-depth job analysis and search direction (与客户深度沟通,理解其人才寻访需求并做出职位分析,确定人才搜寻方向)
- Collect the targeted company’s information (搜集并整理目标公司信息)
- Identify targeted candidates through cold call, internet, and network referral (通过公司人才库,电话,网络以及人际关系搜集目标公司相关人才的信息)
-Approach and judge candidates, and pursue their resumes (与目标人才联络与沟通并初步判断其合适度,说服目标人才提供简历)
- Interview and screen candidates (独立面试和筛选目标人才)
- Make professional candidate CV reports (撰写专业的候选人推荐报告)
- Coordinate the client-candidate interview (安排客户和目标人才的面试)
-Offer negotiation coordination, reference check for candidates and candidate on-board follow-up (协调客户与候选人之间的薪资等谈判, 背景调查并跟踪候选人上岗)
- Payment follow-up (客户款项催收)
- Service for clients and candidates after the candidate’s on-board (候选人上班后的后续服务)
3. Researcher management and development(管理和发展人才寻访专员)
4. Develop and maintain candidate relationship (发展和维护与候选人关系)
Requirements (职位要求):
1. College and above education degree (大学本科及以上学历)
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills (良好的沟通和人际交往能力)
3. Executive search,automotive or sales experience is advantage (猎头、汽车行业或销售经验者优先)
4. Ambitious and initiative(良好的责任心和主动性)
5. Good oral and written English (良好的英语阅读能力及一定的口语交流能力)
