一、主要工作职责/Job Responsibility
1.保证出勤，正确执行公司标准和制度。
Ensure attendance, correctly implement the companys standards and systems.
2. 统筹管理项目进度，制定timeline，协调各专业的进度，对重要节点进行管控及风险评估，督促并检查重要节点完成情况。
Coordinate project progress, establish timeline, coordinate the progress of various majors, control and risk assessment of important nodes, supervise and check the completion of important nodes.
3. 整体管控项目预算，定期与财务开展预算沟通会，并对风险进行评估，针对特殊审批项目进行专题会议，确保不超预算。
Overall control of project budget, regular budget communication meetings with the financial department, risk assessment, special meetings for special approval projects to ensure that the budget is not exceeded.
4. 组织采购、财务等各部门开展专题会议，协调外部资源，推进项目实施，确保按节点完成。
Organize the special meeting of purchasing, finance and other departments, coordinate external resources, promote the project implementation, and ensure the completion of the project according to the schedule.
5. 项目进行中安全预防管理，定期组织内部自查，积极配合安保部门开展专项检查，确保人身安全及项目安全。
In the process of project safety prevention and management, regularly organize internal self-inspection, actively cooperate with the security department to carry out special inspection, to ensure personal safety and project safety.
6. 与组织内外部人员开展技术、质量、业务等相关知识的分享与培训，提高业务水平及认知程度。

7. 团队内部相应事务协调：行政，会议组织，活动组织，领导交办的其他事项等

二、任职资格/ Qualifications
1.本科学历，3年以上汽车行业工作经验 / University degree，Min. 3 years working experience for automotive industrial.
2.汽车装配，涂料化学，机械制造，项目协调，管理专业Automotive assembly, paint chemistry, mechanical manufacturing, project coordination, management professional.
3.良好的项目沟通协调能力和工艺专业技术能力Good project communication and coordination skills and technical skills.
