Typical performance measures include:
- Offers accepted by candidates each month
- Candidate conversion rates (for example ratio of candidates provided to a Hiring Manager to those offered interview)
- Data completion and accuracy
- 100% compliance with all mandatory AMS and Client required training.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Act as a Trusted Adviser
- Work with Recruiters to develop close working relationships that deliver a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
- With support from your manager, develop confidence in working with experts in our Talent Intelligence team and learn to leverage your own resources and research to develop effective sourcing strategies and influence conversations with your client.
- Contribute to recruitment discussions and vacancy briefing calls with Hiring Managers, leaving the discussion with a detailed understanding of the client’s business and the requirements and unique selling points of the role.

- Effective communication skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence others and be clear, engaging and professional in written communications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment
- Ability to digest, retain and utilize information to make decisions and influence others
- Clinical and Corporate roles
Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Work experience within an industry that gives you transferrable skills e.g., Call Centre, Customer Service, Retail, Telecommunications, Education, Hospitality, Sales, Tele sales.
- Experience working in a recruitment environment.
- Experience conducting research and analysis and leveraging data to make recommendations that you have presented to others to influence decision making.
