Program Contents & Features
- Pre-designed training about Atos MS Service Desk business and IT expertise
- On-job training of daily work with Atos MS Service Desk
- Practice and work as Atos MS Service Desk 1st Level Support engineer
- One to One mentor coaching
- Periodic review and evaluation of training results and individual qualification
Interview Process
- Nov.1 to Dec.8 On-line application and Campus recruitment
- Nov.7 to Dec.16 Language test(JPN or KOR)
- Nov.19 to Dec.30 Interview
- Jan. 4 to Jan.20, 2012 Offer
