工作职责
Job Responsibility:
1. Use Korean to answer guest’s hotel booking requirement or member related inquiry.
Email follow up might be necessary based on the scenarios.
2. Handling guest’s complaints if necessary.

1. Native Korean with strong English reading and writing skill. English spoken skill is preferred.
2. Good communication skill and self-learning ability
3.Can accept the shift arrangement（Currently：07：00-16：00， 12:00-21:00, 15：00-00：00)
4. At least two years working experience
Project Summary:
1 Lunch time is 30 minutes with break time 30 minutes
2 Electronic devices like cell phone cannot be brought into the operation area.
3 The training is about 4 weeks and you will be paid during the training periods except the performance bonus part.

Housing allowance: 1500RMB
Transportation Allowance: 100RMB
Meal Allowance: 100RMB
Skill Allowance: 2000RMB
KPI: 1000RMB
Total: 13200RMB (before tax)
