oles&Responsibilities
? Troubleshoot, resolve & montize DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP) issues directly for google highest revenue generating publishers
? Execute ad-hoc tasks and small projects
? Provide guidance and consultative technical expertise to front line General Support and DFP Service Relationship Managers (SRMs)
? Provide two-way communication and collaboration on monthly product release cycles and customer-centric product development.
? Serve as point of contact for projects led by our escalation management team to improve client experience and internal operational effectiveness (user acceptance testing, prioritization process liaison, emergency paging process, new feature release launches)
? Co-located in the Google Beijing office
? Holiday support (e.g October, Golden Week + Chinese New Year)
Skillset Required
? Multi lingual would be ideal for overflow support eg analyst able to support in EN + local language (Mandarin/Korean/Japanese)
? Strong communications skills (Written and Verbal skills)
? Computer Science graduates with strong coding skills
? Strong web- technology skills, including HTML, CSS and Javascript
? Experience and knowledge for supporting Ad Ops products like DFP, AdX, Monetization, AdMob, Distribution preferred
? Analytical and highly detail oriented
? Ability to absorb and troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate them to a non-technical audience
